As a senior executive and certified coach, Tracy is renowned for developing trusting coaching relationships with board directors. With more than 25 years in the industry, her expertise covers boardroom dynamics, culture, and board renewal planning.

Tracy is a qualified executive coach and co-founded leadership coaching program Thriving Leaders. Prior to this, she spent many years in the global roles of Chief Services Officer and Chief People Officer at Hudson Global, a New York-based talent management company. She has also held executive positions at TMP Worldwide, AXA and Codan Limited.

At Blackhall & Pearl, Tracy specialises in board performance reviews, skills and diversity assessments, and director coaching and development. She also currently serves on the People & Culture Committee of Anglicare South Australia.
