Over his 40-year career, Tim has represented companies, boards and directors in high-profile, “bet the company” corporate legal disputes and regulatory investigations with potential severe reputational impacts. 

His international experience spans executive positions in law and banking in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. He was Managing Partner of a leading Australian law firm and Partner-in-Charge of two offices at global law firm Jones Day. He joined ANZ Banking Group as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, later becoming Managing Director for Europe and America, and Group General Manager of Governance.

Currently, Tim also works as a mediator and arbitrator through Newmans Row.
