As a Partner at Blackhall & Pearl, Julie draws on more than 30 years’ experience as a CEO and non-executive director of both listed and public sector institutions.
Julie is currently on the Boards of the Australian Chamber Orchestra (ACO) and the ACO Instrument Fund. Her interesting career history includes working as the National Marketing and Corporate Affairs Director at Penguin Books, General Manager at ABC Enterprises and co-founding Australia’s leading boutique search firm, Braithwaite Steiner Pretty, eventually guiding it through its acquisition by Odgers Berndtson. In 2020 Julie received the Order of Australia for significant service to business.
