Angeli’s has developed expertise in ethical leadership, decision-making and organisational culture over 25 years as an executive, researcher and consultant. Her work focuses on ethics and integrity in the workplace, including strategies for creating psychological safety and speak up cultures.

Previously, Angeli was the national Director of Ethics at KPMG (US), where she led the creation of the firm’s first US and global ethics programs and advised on ethics, risk and compliance. She spent six years as a university-based Executive-in-Residence, where she founded the Responsible Business Initiative and the Blue Sky Institute.

At Blackhall & Pearl, Angeli supports boards in improving performance and dynamics, and effectively overseeing organisational culture.

Angeli currently serves as a Director and Ethics Committee Chair at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute for Medical Research (WEHI) and chairs the board of the Lee Pesky Learning Center Endowment.
