Amy brings significant senior executive experience to Blackhall & Pearl, with expertise in legal, ASX company secretariat, and corporate affairs functions within complex environments.

After commencing in private practice, she has spent most of her career as an in-house lawyer, General Counsel and Company Secretary for prominent corporations including Deutsche Bank, Murray Goulburn Co-operative, and Ridley Corporation.

With her particular experience in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions,  Amy served on the Australian Takeovers Panel from 2019-2022.

At Blackhall & Pearl, Amy works with clients on enterprise governance and board performance.
