In her role as Client Liaison Manager at Blackhall & Pearl, Alison draws on 30 years of experience in the governance and legal industries.

Previously, Alison was the Manager of Group Governance at NAB, where she supported the Company Secretary in board matters, director compliance, and regulatory obligations, as well as assisting the non-executive directors. Her multi-faceted career also includes roles as Company Secretary at not-for-profit organisations. Currently, Alison provides administrative support for a number of ASX Chairs and non-executive directors. 

Alison’s diverse abilities extend beyond corporate governance. She is CELTA-qualified in teaching English as a Second Language and provides proofreading and Business English tuition. Previously, she was a Business English language teacher at RMIT University.
